Jim Duncan
Owner / Project Manager
In 1996, Jim started in our Signature Department working as a Technichian, where the water removal, structural drying, cleaning, and demolition work is done to ready the home for restoration. Two years later, he became a Project Manager, who estimates and oversees the project as a whole from beginning to end. Finally, he became part Owner and continues his work as a Project Manager since 2001. Jim is an avid softball player and loves spending time with his wife and two little girls.
